New York – Digital entertainment studio My Damn Channel
announced on Monday that it has closed a $4.4 million second round of funding,
led by Intuitive Venture Partners.

Previous backers Okapi Venture Capital and
Sunshine Wireless Company also participated.

New York-based My Damn Channel was
founded in 2007, and offers a range of original online comedy, drama and music
programming.

The company has produced branded programming for partners
including IKEA, Trident and Paramount Pictures, featuring actors and comedians
such as Harry Shearer, Illeana Douglas, Keanu Reeves, David Cross and Sarah
Silverman.

My Damn Channel said it plans to offer premium paid programming in
the fourth quarter of this year. The company will use the funds to add sales
and business development personnel.
