Espoo, Finland – Nokia (NYSE: NOK) announced on Friday that it will
acquire Motally, a provider of mobile analytics based in San Francisco.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2008, Motally
has raised $750,000 in financing, from BlueRun Ventures and Ron Conway.
