Moscow – Chatroulette, the anonymous video chat service,
went offline over the weekend and is expected to launch in an updated version
today. "The experiment #1 is over now. Thanks for participating. Renewed
and updated version of the website will be launched today," reads a note
on the site, which was founded by 17-year-old Muscovite Andrey Ternovskiy.
