Chicago – Euro RSCD 4D Discovery, a provider of data
analytics, CRM and behavioral marketing services, announced on Monday that it
has acquired Web marketing and interactive design agency Congruent Media.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Congruent Media team will
joint Chicago-based Euro RSCD’s office in Baltimore, Md.
Euro RSCD also
recently acquired Acmic Digital, a provider of search marketing services based
in India.
