Atlanta, Ga. – Nexidia, a provider of audio search and
speech analytics technology, announced on Monday that it has raised $23 million
in new equity funding.

New investors BlueCross BlueShield Venture Partners,
Sandbox Industries and HarbourVest Partners joined existing backers HIG
Ventures, Paladin Capital Group, Boston Millennia Partners, Morgan Stanley and
Cordova Ventures.

Atlanta-based Nexidia’s audio and video search technology is
used by media outlets, contact centers, government intelligence and legal
discovery customers.

The company will use the funds for further product
development, and to increase its operational capacity.
