Madison, Wisc. – Shoutlet, the provider of a social media
management platform for businesses, announced on Tuesday that it has closed a
$6 million second round of funding, led by American Family Insurance.

Other
investors included previous backers Origin Ventures and Leo Capital Holdings.

Wisconsin-based
Shoutlet’s social media tools are used by brands including Perry Ellis, Rayovac
and True Religion Jeans to manage their presences on Facebook, Twitter and
other social media services.

The company will use the funds to support growth
and further product development.
