New York – AdKeeper, a start-up offering technology that
lets Web surfers bookmark online ads, has raised $35 million in its second
round of venture capital financing, led by Oak Investment Partners.

New
York-based AdKeeper was launched in 2010 by About.com founder Scott Kurnit.

The
company has signed on advertisers including AT&T, Best Buy, CBS, General
Mills, Pepsi and Warner Bros. to use its system, which does not require
software, browser extensions or plug-ins.

AdKeeper’s service is currently in
private beta, but is expected to launch in the first quarter.
