New York – Ziff Davis, an online publisher of technology
news and information, announced on Tuesday that it has acquired LogicBuy.com, a
provider of tech-related deals and coupons that counted over 10 million
visitors in 2010.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

New
York-based Ziff said the deal will allow it to offer up-to-the-minute deals and
coupons on products that readers are researching on sites like PCMag.com.

Ziff
Davis also on Tuesday announced the launch of BuyerBase, an ad targeting
platform that analyzes real-time, anonymous data on 40 million readers monthly
across more than 100 of both its own and partner websites.

The company said the
platform focuses on product-specific research and shopping activity, and will
provide an easy opt-out for consumers who do not wish to have ads targeted to
them.
