Palo Alto, Calif. – SurveyMonkey, a developer of Web-based
survey tools, said on Tuesday it has acquired a 49.9% interest in U.K.-based
Clicktools, a developer of apps for creating surveys, scripts and forms.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
As part of the investment, the
companies have entered an agreement to cross promote their products.
