New York – Cox Digital Solutions, the digital media services
unit of the cable TV provider, announced on Thursday that it has acquired the
IB Local Network business and advertising sales group of Internet Broadcasting.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The deal follows an
announcement earlier this week of the merger of Cox Cross Media and Adify, to
create Cox Digital Solutions.
Cox Digital said it now counts 150 employees
across 10 markets.
