Mountain View, Calif. – Google (NASD: GOOG) has added
"check-ins" to its Google Latitude location-based service, which will
allow its 10 million users to either manually or automatically check-in at
various local businesses or other destinations. Previously, Latitude only
allowed users to see friends’ locations as a point on a map.
