Los Angeles – Kevin Butler, a "fictional" Sony
spokesman, accidentally distributed PlayStation 3 "jailbreak" code
over a company Twitter account, at the same time Sony is suing a hacker over
distributing the code and seeking to quash its publication online, Engadget
reported. The @TheKevinButler account apparently thought an incoming message
containing the code actually referred to the board game "Battleship,"
and re-tweeted the message. The tweet in question has since been removed.
