New York – Google’s Android was the most-popular smartphone
operating system in the U.S. from November through January, according to a
report from market research firm Nielsen. Android took 29% of the U.S. market
during the period, compared to 27% each for Apple’s iOS and RIM’s BlackBerry
platforms.
