San Francisco – Live streaming video service Justin.tv on
Monday launched a mobile video-sharing application, Socialcam, for iPhone and
Android smartphones. The service aims to make mobile videos available in near
real-time, as users are still uploading the files. Users can also tag Facebook
friends in Socialcam videos
