Rome – Neomobile, a distributor of mobile content and
services based in Italy, has acquired Onebip, a provider of mobile payment
services in Europe, TechCrunch reported.

Financial terms of the transaction
were not disclosed.

Founded in 2005, Onebip counts 2 million users of its
mobile payments service, which is utilized in online games, and by social
networks and retail sites.

Neomobile has offices in Rome, as well as elsewhere
in Europe, Latin America and India.
