Seattle – Mpire, a developer of mobile ad measurement tools,
announced on Monday that it has changed its name to AdXpose — the name of its
flagship product — and raised $3 million in a new financing round led by
Draper Fisher Jurvetson.

Seattle-based AdXpose offers a cloud-based service
that can help advertisers measure mobile ad campaigns.

Customers include
Pandora, IDG and the New York Post.
