Universal City, Calif. – Universal Music Group Distribution
on Wednesday announced the launch of Groovetown Vinyl, an online storefront
that will sell vinyl records bundled with "lossless" FLAC digital
audio files at a discounted price. The site launches with vinyl albums from
artists including Eminem, Lady Gaga, Johnny Cash, The Rolling Stones and
Weezer, and a limited time discount of 15% on all purchases.
