Sunnyvale, Calif. – GoldSpot Media, a provider of mobile
rich media and video ad services, announced that it has raised $12.05 million
in its second round of venture capital financing, from Exa Ventrues and Berg
Sunnyvale, Calif.-based GoldSpot’s miSpot platform has been used
to create mobile media campaigns for brands including Toyota, Audi and Toshiba.
The company will use the funds to expand sales and marketing efforts, as well
as for additional product development.
