Palo Alto, Calif. – Napster co-founder Sean Fanning and
early Napster employee and Facebook investor Sean Parker have raised $5 million
for a new start-up, Supyo, which is said to be in the video chat space,

Supyo is said to improve on problems experienced by
video chat firm Chatroulette, and match potential chat partners based on
location and some algorithms.
