Palo Alto, Calif. – SurveyMonkey, the provider of a platform
for creating Web-based surveys, said on Monday that it has acquired Infinity
Box, the makers of a Web application used to create online forms.

Financial
terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Infinity Box launched its Wufoo
online form creation application in 2006, enabling users to do so without
writing code.

Palo Alto, Calif.-based SurveyMonkey said the deal will allow it
to offer online forms.

The company raised $100 million in debt financing last
year, and acquired phone survey firm Precision Polling.
