Arlington, Va. – PBS said on Friday it has launched its
first app for the Android platform, called Super Why. The app, which debuted on
other mobile platforms last year, is designed to help kids build literacy
skills through immersive and entertaining storybook adventures. The app is
available for $2.99 at the new Amazon Appstore for Android.
