Orlando, Fla. – Row Sham Bow, a new social game development
studio founded by former Electronic Arts and Massive Inc. executives, announced
on Monday that it has raised $3 million in funding from Intersouth Partners.

Orlando,
Fla.-based Row Sham Bow was co-founded by president and CEO Philip Holt,
previously vice president and studio general manager at Electronic Arts
Tiburon, and chief technology officer Nick Gonzalez, formerly a chief software
architect at EA Tiburon and CTO at Massive Inc.

The new firm plans to focus on
developing games for social networks and direct-to-consumer platforms.
