Washington – The U.S. Library of Congress on Tuesday
introduced the National Jukebox, a new website featuring over 10,000 rare
historic sound recordings that are being made available to the public for the
first time digitally. Sony Music provided assets for the free service, which
features both music and spoken-word recordings produced in the U.S. between
1901 and 1925.
