Englewood, Colo. – Satellite TV operator DISH Network (NASD: DISH) said on Monday that it has named former Sirius Satellite Radio chairman and CEO Joseph Clayton as the company’s new president and CEO. Clayton replaces Charlie Ergen, who will continue on as chairman; Ergen also stepped down as CEO of DISH sister company EchoStar two years ago, and remains chairman there.
