Cologne, Germany – German streaming radio service Simfy has raised $14 million in new financing from existing investors, including Earlybird, NRW Bank, Dumont Venture and Klaus Wecken, TechCrunch reports.

Founded in 2006, Cologne-based Simfy offers both a free and subscription-based version of its streaming music service, which is available in German-speaking countries Austria and Switzerland as well.

The company will use the funds in part to expand into other European countries.
