Berlin – SoundCloud, the provider of a song and audio file hosting and sharing service, has raised an undisclosed amount of new funding from A-Grade Fund, the venture capital fund whose principals include actor Ashton Kutcher, artist manager Guy Oseary and billionaire Ron Burkle, Billboard reports.

Berlin-based SoundCloud also announced that it has surpassed 5 million users of its service — which lets users upload and share songs and other audio files — after reaching 4 million users in April.

The company previously raised $10 million from Index Ventures and Union Square Ventures.
