Los Gatos, Calif. — Netflix Inc is expanding its international online streaming service to 43 countries in Latin America, sending their shares up to more than six percent, Reuters reported Tuesday.

The company will provide these new customers with movies and shows in Portuguese, Spanish or English as Netflix continues efforts to grow beyond its  estimated 23 million subscribers.

“It makes a lot of sense,” said Atul Bagga, an analyst at Think Equity. “I think that there is a lot of room for growth in these markets.”

Netflix expanded its market internationally to Canada last year.
