Menlo Park, Calif. – Syncplicity, a Menlo Park-based developer of cloud-based file management, sync, mobile access, collaboration and backup tools, on Monday named Karen White as chief executive officer, Jeff Schultz as chief marketing officer, and Brenda Swiney as vice president of finance.
Company co-founders Leonard Chung and Ondrej Hrebicek will serve as chief product strategist and chief technology officer, respectively.
White most recently served as the company’s executive chairman, Schultz was vice president of sales and marketing at Bill.com and Swiney was vice president of finance at Good Technology.
