Washington, DC – SoundExchange, the DC-based non-profit that collects royalties for musicians from satellite radio firms, Internet radio services and cable music channels, has named three new members to its board of directors.

They are Duncan Crabtree-Ireland, the chief administrative officer and general counsel of SAG-AFTRA; Ray Hair, international president of the American Federation of Musicians; and Paul Robinson, the executive vice president and general counsel of Warner Music Group.

They will fill the positions previously held by Kim Roberts Hedgpeth, Patricia Polachand Tucker McCrady. SoundExchange’s board is comprised of 18 individuals, split evenly between artists and label representatives.
