The Hollywood Reporter reports: “Hello Sunshine, the media company founded by Reese Witherspoon, has been sold to a new media company led by former Walt Disney Company executives Tom Staggs and Kevin Mayer. The deal, which is backed by private equity giant Blackstone, values Hello Sunshine at $900 million.”
