Music Ally reports: “Rostr first emerged in 2019 as an online directory for music industry job moves, signings and other data. One acquisition by Utopia Music followed by a sale back to its founders later, Rostr is unveiling its latest product today. It’s called ‘Stacks’ and is a directory of “tools, resources and curated recommendations” aimed at musicians as well as industry professionals.”
