Games Industry Biz reports: “Warner Bros. Pictures’ A Minecraft Movie has grossed $157 million at the US box office during its opening weekend and $301 million globally. According to Variety, the film was estimated to earn between $70 million and $80 million. Debuting last Friday (April 4), it had a budget of $150 million. A Minecraft Movie has also become the highest grossing debut of 2025 domestically, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter.”
