Los Angeles – The Pirate Bay
has failed to remove links to a list of torrents linking to copyrighted files
from its website, which per a Dutch court order’s deadline should also have
been blocked for Dutch users today, TorrentFreak reported. The court had
provided a deadline of March 1 to comply, or else the three defendants in the
case would be fined about $4,000 each per day. All three defendants have
maintained throughout the case, however, that they are no longer in control of
The Pirate Bay.

They sold tpb ages ago. The court has to get its head on straight. Besides, the torrent tracker is just an index service, much like a search engine. You don’t see them going after Google!
