Santa Cruz, Calif. – Twitter-focused video site 12seconds
will shut down on Oct. 22, having "fell victim to Twitter’s growth,"
the founders said on the site, NewTeeVee reported. The self-funded site let
users upload 12-second-long videos and share them via Twitter.
