Beijing – Digu.com, a location-based social network in
China, is looking to raise $25 million in new funding over two rounds, having
already raised $5 million from Bridger Capital and SEAVI Advent, Reuters
reports.
Digu’s application has so far been downloaded over two million times;
the company hopes this number increases to 10 million by year’s end.
The company
said it is working with some 30 brands to provide discounts for check-ins at
their businesses.
