San Francisco – Social games publisher Zynga announced on Wednesday
that it has acquired Britain-based developer Wonderland Software, which will
serve as the foundation for new U.K. offices.
Financial terms of the
transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2009, Wonderland has developed
mobile games including "GodFinger," which is not part of the
transaction.
The company’s CEO, Matthew Wiggins, will assume the role of
general manager of Zynga Mobile UK.
