New York
– AOL (NYSE: AOL) on Monday unveiled the beta version of its new self-serve display ad
platform, which allows advertisers and agencies to directly manage ads across
the company’s Internet properties.

The platform, known as Advertising.com Ad
Desk, features a variety of media planning tools and analytics, and gives users
the power to target specific properties based on interest, audience and
geography.

"Transparency and control are the future of online
advertising," said Jeff Levick, the executive vice president of AOL
Advertising.

Levick said that the new platform "provides increased
self-management and access to proprietary AOL information that has previously never
been available."
