– Newsweek has hired Gabriel Snyder, the former editor-in-chief of Gawker, as
the new executive editor of its digital unit, The Wall Street Journal reported.
Snyder served as head of Gawker for 18 months, until the company acquired
Cityfile and founder Remy Stern was offered and took the job.
