Minneapolis – Digital River (NASD: DRIV), a provider of e-commerce services
for game publishers and gadget makers, announced on Wednesday its acquisition
of Fatfoogoo, a European provider of in-game and online commerce services, in a
deal valued at $10 million.

Founded in 2006, Vienna, Austria-based Fatfoogoo
provides an in-game commerce ecosystem for monetizing online games and virtual
worlds.

"We believe the combination of our in-game and in-store commerce
solution along with our subscription management capabilities will be unmatched
in the industry," said Digital River CEO Joel Ronning.
