GoTV Networks, the operator of a mobile media network, announced on Wednesday
that it has acquired the Hands-On Mobile Binary Runtime Environment (HOMBRE)
unit of Hands-On Mobile.

Under the terms, GoTV will acquire the library of
HOMBRE applications, client and server technologies, and patents; HOMBRE
employees will be relocate to GoTV’s facilities in San
Francisco and San Diego.

The deal includes HOMBRE applications such as Oprah Mobile, NASCAR Sprint
Mobile, Sprint Football Live, NBA Multimedia and Verizon NFL Draft.
