San Francisco – Mobile games publisher ngmoco announced on Wednesday that
it has acquired game developer Stumptown Game Machine.

Financial terms of the
deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 2008, Portland, Oregon-based Stumptown previously
collaborated with ngmoco on the "Touch Pets Dogs" pet simulation game
for the iPhone.

San Francisco-based ngmoco said Stumptown will retain its brand
and based of operations in Oregon,
where it will work with the company on a follow-up to Touch Pets Dogs.
