Dublin, Calif. – Pandigital, a maker of digital
photo frames, on Monday introduced its first e-book reader, the $199 Pandigital
Novel. The device sports a 7-inch color touch-screen, Wi-Fi connectivity and
the ability to view photos and video. Pandigital partnered with Barnes &
Noble, which will power the e-book store on the device, which will begin
selling at several national retailers next month.
