San Francisco
– Marin Software, a provider of paid search management applications, announced on
Thursday that it has raised $11.2 million in a fourth round of funding, led by
Triangle Peak Partners.

Returning investors Amicus Capital, Benchmark Capital,
DAG Ventures and Focus Ventures also participated.

Founded in 2006, San
Francisco-based Marin counts over 180 customers and says its platform is used
globally to manage more than $1 billion on annual search ad spending.

Customers
include Razorfish, Ogilvy and the University
of Phoenix.
