Tempe, Ariz. – Limelight Networks, a provider of content
delivery network services, announced on Monday that it has acquired Delve
Networks, a provider of cloud-based video publishing and analytics services.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2006,
Seattle-based Delve Networks offers over 100 publisher clients tools for
posting videos online, including hosting, encoding, playlist management,
search, metrics and advertising.

Arizona-based Limelight said the deal extends
the value of its EyeWonder in-stream video advertising unit; Limelight acquired
EyeWonder for $110 million last December.
