Seoul – The North Korean government has opened a YouTube
account, where it has uploaded clips praising leader Kim Jong-Il and denying
charges it was involved in the recent sinking of a South Korean military
vessel, Agence France-Presse reported. One clip in English calls Kim Jong-Il a
"general sent by the heaven."
