Mountain View, Calif. – Google (NASD: GOOG) will acquire Quicksee, an
Israel-based firm that has developed 3D video tour, TechCrunch reported, citing
Israel’s Haaretz.

Founded in 2002, Quicksee’s video tour software allows users
to create panoramic video images of a location, which can be "pinned"
on a Google Map.

The company has to date raised $3 million in venture capital,
from backers including Ofer Hi-Tech and Docor International Management.
