New York – Buddy Media, a provider of social media
management tools for advertisers, has raised $23 million in its third round of
funding, led by Institutional Venture Partners.

Previous investors Softbank
Capital, Greycroft Partners and Bay Partners also participated.

New York-based
Buddy Media counts 300 customers, including 7 of the top 10 largest global
advertisers on Facebook.

The company, which will use the new funds to fuel
growth, said its software licensing revenue has grown 15% month-over-month this
year.
