San Mateo, Calif. – Adap.tv, a provider of video advertising
management services, has raised $4.5 million in a new round of venture capital
financing, PaidContent reported, citing a regulatory filing.

Investors in the
company include Spark Capital, Redpoint Ventures and Gemini Israel Fund.

San
Mateo, Calif.-based Adap.tv offers a video ad exchange used by clients
including Gannett.

The company has now raised a total of $30 million to date.
