Mountain View, Calif. – Google (NASD: GOOG) now counts 100,000
applications available from its Android Market, the store that supports its
Android mobile operating system for smartphones and other devices, according to
a post to the company’s Android Developer Twitter account. By contrast, Apple’s (NASD: AAPL)
App Store now counts over 300,000 applications, CNET noted.
