New York – Undertone, a provider of online advertising
services, announced that it has acquired Jambo Media, the operator of an online
video ad network.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Jambo
currently serves video ads for more than 1,000 websites, and counts more than
17 million unique monthly viewers.

"This acquisition creates a singular choice
for premium display and video, bringing to market Undertone’s vision of
bridging the gap between traditional TV and digital advertising," the
company said.
